EXCHANGE & RETURN
MI MANERA accept Return and Exchange for a refund or store credit within 10 days following the delivery of your order.
Unused merchandises must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original sales receipt intact.
Any apparent signs of wearing and usage other than the purpose of fitting will result in refusal of the returns or exchanges.
Final and non eligible for returns & exchanges items include customized, made-to-order, sales items, and pierced earrings due to hygiene reasons unless defective. Please carefully choose your items before making a purchase.
It is recommended that return shipping is made via registered post with tracking. We are not responsible for any loss, stolen packages or damages from improper packing.
Customer is responsible for the shipping cost including taxes and duties involved in returning the products unless the wrong or defective item is supplied. Original shipping and handling fees are non refundable.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE
Please notify us for a Return Authorization prior to returning the item(s).
Unworn merchandises must be shipped/postmarked within 10 days after receiving the items.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method or as a preferred store credit.
If the merchandise returned is not in a saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, MI MANERA reserve the right to refuse a refund. Items shipped after the 10 days period will be returned to the customer and result in refusal of the return or exchange. The merchandise will be retained until the shipping cost has been resolved.

FAULTY DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you should wish to return a faulty defective item for a full refund, the request must be sent in for approval within 7 days of delivery. MI MANERA is not responsible for any damages unrelated to our studio production.
Full refund will be refunded through the original payment method which may takes up to 15 working days to appear on your account due to different processing times between payment providers.
Customers must provide sufficient details of the defect with evident photos of the items and original sales receipt. After approval, MI MANERA will send the Return Authorization form for the customers to attach in the parcel when shipping the items back to the studio.
